Olivia Jeffers

Olivia Jeffers is a Litigation Consultant for her own firm, Compass Litigation Solutions. For over 15 years, Olivia has provided trial consulting services to attorneys and their clients in more than 220 major civil litigation matters. These major civil litigation matters involve antitrust, contracts, employment, environmental, insurance, intellectual property, personal injury, product liability, securities, toxic torts, medical malpractice, and white-collar crime issues.

Olivia works internally with Media Artists to conceptualize unique and compelling demonstratives for her clients. Depending on the complexity of the case, Olivia will recommend and oversee any number of presentation formats including 3D film and video production. She also provides her clients with the most advanced computer-based courtroom presentations to help the triers-of-fact understand even the most intricate information. She also works with Technology Consultants to help get database and witness information in order.

In addition to trial preparation, Olivia has worked on mediations, Summary Judgement Hearings, Markman Hearings, mock trials, and focus groups. Some notable cases include USA v Chevron, Orion v Hyundai, OPTi v nVidia.

Representative clients include American Airlines, EDS, Philip Morris, Marriott Corporation, Tenet Healthcare, Oxy, Zurich, Nationwide, Trinity Industries, Burlington Northern, Sears, AIG, Hyundai, Chevron, Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson and Unocal.

Olivia worked for companies such as DecisionQuest, Courtroom Sciences, and FTI Consulting. Olivia graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman’s University and has spent time living abroad in Italy and France. She is also a member of Mortar Board.
